1. Who we are
AimeShower is the shower enclosure brand of Foshan AIME Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd., based in Foshan, China. This notice concerns our handling of business enquiries and the website, not Meta’s own services.
Company address: AIME Shower Enclosures, end of Yongxing Avenue, Jihua 4th Road, Chancheng District, Foshan, Guangdong, China.
For questions about your information, contact ryan.zou@aime-shower.com. Please identify whether your question concerns this website, a Facebook or Instagram form, or an existing project.

2. Information we receive
- Website enquiries: name, email address, country or market, company if supplied, service interest, estimated quantity, product or category, and the project requirements you enter.
- Meta business enquiry forms: the contact and business information shown in the particular form you choose to submit. Depending on that form, this may include your business type, company website or business page, sales markets, delivery destination, product range and order or development plans.
- Follow-up correspondence: information you send by email or WhatsApp, including a telephone or WhatsApp number you provide, messages, attachments, drawings, dimensions, delivery requirements, product references and questions about a quotation.
- Limited enquiry source information: recognised landing and contact-entry pages, referral website, campaign labels and a market entry label, when available. This information accompanies the website enquiry; a market label is not verified buyer location.
- Technical information: network requests, IP address, browser/device information and diagnostic or security information can be processed by the services that deliver and protect the website. Optional Meta and Google measurement are described below.
Please do not include passwords, payment card details, identity documents, sensitive personal information or other people’s unnecessary personal information in an enquiry.
3. How information is used
Enquiry information is used to review sourcing requirements, understand the proposed business or project, respond to questions, coordinate specifications and drawings, and discuss quotations and order arrangements. Website enquiries are sent to our business email address for follow-up.
We also use business information to prepare samples and technical proposals, manage agreed orders, production, shipping and after-sales communication, and meet applicable accounting, tax and other legal obligations. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider your rights and interests. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
Limited source information helps us understand how enquiries reach us. Technical information supports website delivery, security and troubleshooting. With your separate permissions, Meta Pixel measures visits and successful enquiries, and the Google tag helps attribute successful website enquiries to Google Ads.
Submitting an enquiry is not permission for unrelated marketing, and it does not automatically enable Meta Pixel or the Google tag. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, the relevant basis depends on the activity: responding to a request or preparing a possible contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business and website, consent for optional Meta or Google tracking, or an applicable legal obligation.
4. Meta advertising & enquiries
When you submit a Facebook or Instagram business enquiry form, Meta collects information through its platform and makes the submitted lead information available to the advertiser. Our use of the enquiry information is described in this notice; Meta’s own processing is described in the Meta Privacy Policy.
On this website, after you allow tracking, Meta Pixel sends PageView events for page visits and a Lead event after a successful website enquiry. Meta can receive the page URL, event type and time, IP address, browser/device information, cookie identifiers and an event identifier. Meta may associate these events with information it already holds, including a Facebook or Instagram account, under its own policy.
Our event code does not add your name, email, telephone number, company or enquiry message to the Pixel event. The Lead event includes a non-contact enquiry reference for duplicate prevention and the label “Trade enquiry”. This is not a claim that Pixel traffic is anonymous. The website does not use a server-side Conversions API relay in this implementation.
You can use the website and send an enquiry without allowing Meta tracking. Adjust Meta’s own advertising preferences through Meta Ad Preferences; a Meta login may be required.
5. Google Ads enquiry measurement
With your separate permission for Google Ads enquiry measurement, we load the Google tag. It helps attribute a successfully sent website enquiry to an ad. Google can receive technical request data such as IP address and browser/device information, approved page and campaign information, referral website origin, advertising click or cookie identifiers, and the event time.
We send a conversion event only after the website confirms a successful enquiry. It includes an opaque enquiry reference as a transaction identifier to prevent duplicates. We do not add your name, email, telephone, company, enquiry message or a monetary value. We do not enable enhanced conversions or personalized advertising. Measurement traffic is not anonymous.
Earlier Meta consent does not grant Google permission. Declining Google measurement does not prevent an enquiry or change your Meta choice. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
7. Service providers & international processing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with service providers according to their respective roles and applicable policies.
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and delivery, and Google’s email service to send website enquiries to ryan.zou@aime-shower.com. These services process the information needed to provide their functions. Meta receives optional Pixel events and handles information submitted through its own forms. Google also receives optional website enquiry measurement information when you allow Google Ads measurement; this is separate from its email service.
AimeShower operates in China, and its technology providers operate internationally. Your information may therefore be processed outside your country. Provider locations, protections and retention arrangements are described in their policies: Cloudflare, Google and Meta.
For details about the people or additional recipients involved in a specific enquiry or project, or the arrangements for international processing, please ask us using the contact address above.
WhatsApp, a Meta service, handles communications when you choose to contact us there. We may also disclose information where required by law or a lawful request from authorities, to protect our rights or the rights of others, or in a merger, acquisition or similar transaction. In such a transaction, we will require the recipient to honour this policy.
8. Keeping information
The browser preference and source-information periods above do not set the retention period for business correspondence. Closing a browser or withdrawing tracking permission does not automatically delete information already sent to our mailbox, Meta or Google.
- Enquiry and business correspondence: kept for 3 years after the end of our business relationship.
- Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship: deleted within 3 years after the last contact.
You may request earlier deletion. Information that must be retained to meet applicable legal obligations, such as transaction-related accounting and tax records, is excepted. These are our records-management commitments, not a claim that the website automatically deletes mailbox records.
9. Questions and requests about your information
You can send questions or requests for access, correction or deletion to ryan.zou@aime-shower.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Include the email address used for the enquiry and, if available, its reference or approximate date. Do not send a password or identity document with your initial request.
We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request. Please use the privacy email address above so we can identify and handle it as a privacy request.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may also have rights to object to processing, restrict it, request portability or withdraw consent, and to complain to a relevant data-protection authority. Verification of a request and any applicable exceptions need to be considered before information is disclosed or removed. Sending a request does not itself automatically erase records.
For information held by Meta under its own policy, use the controls in the Meta Privacy Center. Our website cookie control changes this website’s future optional Meta and Google measurement. For Google’s own controls, see Google My Ad Center.
10. External websites and messaging
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp links take you to external services. Clicking an email link opens your email application. Information you provide there is subject to the relevant service’s policy as well as our handling of any correspondence we receive. This notice does not replace those policies.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, Cloudflare’s security protections, and limiting access to enquiry emails and data to the people who need it to handle your request. No transmission over the internet is completely secure. If a security incident is likely to affect your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
12. Children
The website is intended for business customers and is not directed at children under 16, or a higher age where required by local law. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data. If you believe we have collected such data by mistake, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
13. Updates to this notice
The date at the top identifies this version. Revisit this page for changes to the website’s information practices and contact us with questions about a particular enquiry. For significant changes, we will provide a prominent notice on the website.
