Project Planning Guide

Every AimeShower enclosure is made to order. Use this guide to distinguish pre-enquiry information, documents under review and the records agreed before production. Document scope and availability depend on the individual project.

Product dimension and door structure reference

Your opening and layout

Send a dimensioned sketch with units, finished opening width and height, wall conditions and the intended door movement. Mark unfinished surfaces and dimensions still to be checked on site.

Hardware component reference for BOM and installation documents

Your glass and hardware brief

Describe your glass appearance, frame, handles and finish preferences. Identify required spare parts and destination-market documents so their scope can be reviewed together.

Project agreement:Confirm the drawing scope, dimensions, components and revision before production. Catalogue images are layout references, not approved installation drawings.

Drawing requirements:Tell us which dimension drawings, installation details or file formats your team needs. Availability and deliverables are confirmed for the agreed project; there is no universal stock specification sheet.

Document review

Identify the stage before using a document.

Separate information supplied by your team from the outputs agreed with AimeShower. A drawing under review can still contain unresolved items; its presence does not approve production.

Document stages for a custom enclosure — outputs depend on the agreed scope
StageBuyer inputOutput, if agreedRecord and confirmation
Pre-enquirySketches, available site dimensions with units, layout references and required document formats. Identify provisional measurements.A response identifying information still needed and the proposed scope for technical review.Buyer project reference, measurement owner, source file name, issue date and revision if available.
ReviewChecked site conditions, component preferences, destination requirements and comments from the named reviewer.Project-specific layout or component information in the agreed format. Drawings, samples and supporting records require separate scope confirmation.Document owner, revision, issue date, review status, open items and the person responsible for each response.
Pre-productionWritten confirmation of final site dimensions and the selected configuration by the responsible buyer or site representative. The agreed drawing revision, component and packing records for the confirmed order. Confirm any required record that remains outstanding.Order reference, approved revision, approval owner and date. Changes after approval need review and written confirmation.

Ask about CAD, BIM, installation details or test records only where your project requires them. Availability, format and configuration coverage must be confirmed; these are not universal deliverables for every enclosure.

Keep an owner and revision with each file.

Record project reference, document name, owner, revision, issue date, status, reviewer and open questions. Agree which revision is current before production; a file name alone cannot establish approval.
