01 / OEM Manufacturing

Your requirements.
Our workshop.

We work with distributors, private-label brands and project buyers on made-to-order shower enclosures. Share the intended layouts, quantity and destination market, together with any drawings or references. We can then discuss the configuration, branding, sample requirements and production plan. Final specifications and commercial terms are confirmed for the agreed order.

  • Custom dimensions and enclosure layouts for review
  • Glass, frame, hardware and finish coordination
  • Private-label identification and packaging requirements
  • Project-specific samples, quantities and production timing

02 / Design & Technical Support

A clear system.
Before production.

Shower enclosure design support helps coordinate your opening dimensions, door movement, glass, frame and hardware requirements. Bring drawings, sketches or site photographs; the proposed layout, drawing deliverables and installation information are reviewed for the individual project.

  • Door-type selection and opening-direction review
  • Glass and hardware compatibility discussion
  • Drawing and dimension coordination for the selected product
  • Agree the scope of project drawings and installation information

Plan drawing revisions and packed measurements

Preparing your enquiry

Start with the decision you need to make.

Choose OEM Manufacturing when you are planning a range or order: send layouts, quantities by configuration, destination, branding and packing requirements. Choose Design Support when you need to review an opening, door movement or component arrangement: send a dimensioned sketch, site photographs and the questions still unresolved.

Both routes can begin with incomplete information. Mark unknown items and provisional dimensions, and identify the buyer or site representative who will confirm final measurements and fixing conditions. A reference image helps explain the intended layout; it does not approve a configuration for manufacture.

Keep review and approval on the same record.

Use a project reference and drawing revision when sending comments. Before production, confirm the agreed dimensions, glass, hardware, finish, quantities and packing in writing with the approval owner identified. Review subsequent changes before carrying an earlier approval forward.

Request the document formats and destination-market records your team needs at the enquiry stage. Their availability and coverage are confirmed for the proposed configuration. Our workshop photographs show assembly context; they do not establish document or certification coverage.

A little clarity, before we begin

Before we start.

Samples, drawings and order details.
The practical questions, answered.

Can you review our drawings for a custom shower enclosure?

Yes. Send your drawing revision, dimensions with units, intended door movement and component preferences. We review the proposed configuration and identify missing information or changes needed before confirming feasibility and a quotation. A supplied drawing is a starting point for review, not automatic production approval.

Can distributors discuss private-label shower enclosure supply?

Yes. Include your proposed range, quantities by layout, brand identification, labels and packaging requirements in the OEM brief. The custom configurations and private-label scope are agreed for your enquiry; catalogue references do not establish a fixed specification or stock availability.

What information is needed for a shower enclosure OEM quote?

Send the opening width and height, layout or door type, glass and hardware preferences, quantity by configuration, destination and desired schedule. Include drawings or site photographs, packing needs and required documents. Label provisional measurements and unknown details so they can be resolved during review.

Are samples available before an order?

Samples are paid. The sample fee is credited against the first order. Please ask us to confirm the sample scope, cost, shipping arrangements and credit details for your enquiry.

How long does production take?

For basic custom designs, the current production estimate is around 25 days. Freight charges are separate, and shipping time depends on the destination and shipping schedule. The exact scope, production start point and schedule need to be confirmed for each order.

What is the minimum order quantity for a custom enclosure?

The minimum order quantity is confirmed for the proposed configuration and order. Send your preferred layouts and quantities per configuration, along with any private-label and packing requirements. A total quantity alone does not describe the full range being quoted, so identify how the order is split across designs.

What needs approval before production?

Confirm the applicable drawing revision, dimensions, door direction, glass, hardware, finish, quantity and packing in writing before production. Identify who is responsible for final site measurements and agree how any subsequent drawing or component changes will be reviewed.

What drawings and supporting documents are included?

Drawing formats, revisions, installation information and any fees are agreed for the project. Tell us which test reports or compliance documents your buyer or project requires so their availability and applicability can be checked for the proposed configuration. A product family name alone does not confirm documentation or certification coverage.
