Maintenance & Replacement
For a made-to-order enclosure, identify the original project and selected components before choosing cleaning products or replacement parts.
Care guidance
Ask for care instructions that match the agreed glass, coating and hardware. Check cleaner compatibility before use and retain the instructions with your project records.
Spare parts
Send the order reference, photographs of the whole enclosure and close-ups of the part, plus dimensions where safe to measure. A similar-looking handle or roller may not have the same fixing dimensions.
Support path
Describe the issue and destination so we can review the component and next steps. Part availability, supply arrangements and warranty terms follow the original order agreement.
Trace the water path before changing a seal.
A pool outside the door does not establish where water first crossed. Record the earliest observed crossing, relevant configuration and missing evidence before deciding which interface needs review.
