Buying context

Start with how you plan to buy.

Distributor or private label

Describe your intended range, estimated quantities by layout, branding and packaging needs. Separate initial sample requirements from a proposed production order so each can be reviewed.

Project procurement

Group bathroom layouts by drawing reference and quantity. Identify who approves dimensions, finishes and documents, and share the intended schedule for assessment before any production timing is agreed.

South Africa procurement brief

Confirm the product and delivery scope together.

Information for assessment before a custom quotation is confirmed
Brief itemWhat to confirm
Layout and siteSend opening measurements with units, sketches, wall and floor conditions, and door movement. Identify provisional dimensions and the local installer responsible for final site checks.
Glass and project documentsList the glass, hardware, finish and documentation requirements set by your buyer or project team. Review what evidence is required and available for the actual configuration before ordering.
Destination and responsibilitiesName the South African port, warehouse or site requested for delivery. Identify who will handle import registration, customs clearance, duties, taxes and inland delivery; agree the quotation scope in writing.
Packing and freightRequest package count, outer dimensions, total CBM and gross weight for the custom order. Keep these separate from bare enclosure dimensions. Confirm protection, labels and handling requirements before freight booking.

Use the official SARS importer registration guidance and imports guidance with your importer or clearing agent to check current requirements for your shipment. The destination alone does not define clearance responsibilities or a delivered price.

Before you enquire.

Can I order a standard size from stock?

All enclosures are non-standard and custom-made. Catalogue images show design directions. Dimensions, components, quantities, pricing and production timing need agreement for the individual order; the family page is not a fixed specification sheet.

Do you provide installation in South Africa?

This is a China-based OEM manufacturing enquiry route, not a local installation booking. Arrange a local installer for site measurements and installation. Agree the scope of drawings and installation information required for the custom configuration.

How should we identify replacement parts?

Keep the order reference, approved drawing revision and component list. For a parts enquiry, send photographs, dimensions and the part ID if recorded. Compatibility, availability and any supply arrangements need review; no local spare-parts inventory is promised.

Send a brief for review.

Include your company, buyer role, layouts, estimated quantities and South African delivery destination. Mark unknown details clearly. Send drawings using the email on the contact page, with the same project reference.
